Imaging Systems Laboratory
Research
We reconstruct two- and three-dimensional images of obstacle shapes and
media parameters from wave scattering data.
Applications include:
- High resolution radar imaging
- Microwave subsurface nondestructive evaluation
- Synthetic aperture sonar imaging
- Tomographic acoustic microscopy
In addition to algorithm development for image reconstruction, we are
experienced in the design and fabrication of acoustic and
electromagnetic imaging systems.
